At She Sells Seashells, we take pride in our products and use premium quality ingredients such as Gourmet French Butter, Fine Japanese Flour, Marukyu Koyamaen Japanese Matcha, Organic Bourbon Vanilla, Luxurious French and Belgian Chocolate and Fresh Eggs from Singapore Farms. We would love for you to visit our little take-away bakeshop at HillV2 where we bake our madeleines and financiers fresh daily!

🛍 Before placing your orders, kindly note that:
1) Our baked goods may contain common allergens, including almond flour, wheat, eggs, dairy, honey, peanuts, soy, and tree nuts. Items marked with an asterisk (*) contain alcohol. If you have any dietary intolerances or restrictions, please check with us before placing your order.

2) All pricing stated are for per piece and packaging comes in boxes of 4 and 6. We suggest placing your orders in multiples of 2. This helps us ensure your treats are packaged securely and beautifully for delivery. If you have any special packing request, please WhatsApp us.

3) The Online Exclusive Assortments are pre-determined and cannot be customized or packed separately/individually.

4) Collection time starts from 12nn, and delivery window is usually between 1pm to 6pm.

5) Payment made via paynow has to be manually verified and a confirmation email will be sent to you within 24hours.

6) Refund policy: We do not offer refunds. However, we’re happy to assist with rescheduling your order, subject to availability. Please give us at least two full days’ notice for any changes. While we’ll do our best to help, last-minute changes may not be possible.
